I am an experienced and successful Realtor living in Central Massachusetts. I’ve have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goal of buying or selling real estate. I am 100% committed toward providing my clients with the best service possible. Unlike many real estate agents, I go the extra mile when listing a property by providing professional photos, drone shots, and videos (for my premium properties) so that your house is well represented and optimally marketed.
I grew up in the North Quabbin area and graduated from college in MA. My career started by working in the insurance industry as a clerk and eventually as an underwriter. I have lived in many states throughout the country with my family during my husband’s career as an Air Force Officer. We moved back to Massachusetts to raise our family of 6 once he retired because we felt that there really is “no place like home”. Massachusetts is a beautiful place to live and raise a family. I became a business entrepreneur and opened my own full-service florist, gift shop and event planning business. I have always loved real estate and helping people so when I eventually sold my business I became a licensed realtor in 2016. Since finding my passion for selling real estate and helping people find their dream homes, I have been a consistent top producer each year; with hundreds of happy clients that I have helped to either buy or sell homes, or often both! MY CURRENT
When I list a new property, I have professional photos taken of the property and then I develop effective marketing for both social media, postcards, email campaign, and print. I also develop similar marketing to indicate when it sold so my vast following can see how effective my marketing is to get their house sold!
Depending upon the property, I’ll have drone photos taken to show the yard or acreage so that potential buyers can get a better idea of the extent of the property. On some properties, I’ll have a video created that show the interior of the house as well as floorplans.
